+ + PRE-ORDER & Select: PICKUP & Then, PAY ONLINE | When (and if) you pick up, I’ll cancel & refund the $15 order & charge you appropriately ($11.25 for White & Yogurt, and $12.25 for Chocolate). If you don’t pickup by the following Tuesday Morning at 10am, ALL MILK WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC & there will be no refunds to the people who don’t pick up their pre-orders.+ +

📣 IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS & NEW PROCESS OF MILK ORDERS & DELIVERY 📣

Reckless and/or Unacceptable Behavior dictate the establishment of rules and due to the recent pre-orders made by individuals that have then not picked up nor paid for their order, has resulted in me being stuck with $200+ in expensive & perishable raw milk & yogurt. (Can it be frozen? Yes, but most people are uninterested in purchasing raw milk/yogurt that has been frozen.)

Coordinating the relay-delivery of this desirable product to our city is an expensive hassle; yet, I’ve wanted it badly enough to mess w/ it, but I can not afford to then be socked with the ‘ordered but not picked up & paid for product;’ So, moving forward, this is the new procedure in place for raw milk & yogurt orders:

1. I will announce in-person/in-store & on social media, the next raw milk delivery date. (Determined by the kind & generous women willing to make the haul to pick up from DeSmet Dairy in Bosque Farms, NM & drive it down to Roswell.) Usually, it’s 2x a month.

2. Two days prior to the raw milk delivery date, your paid pre-orders are due.  This is the ordering/paying/pickup process:

You will choose which products that you want ON THIS PAGE (add them to your cart), and at the checkout screen Choose PICKUP > PAY > COMPLETE ORDER.  When & if you pick up your order, then I’ll cancel this one for $15/ea. & ring you up at the store for the appropriate price ($11.25 White & Yogurt/$12.25 Chocolate).  If you don’t communicate with me, nor pick up your order, it will become available to the public the following Tuesday at 10am AND YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

3. PLEASE DO NOT CALL ME ASKING IF THE MILK IS READY FOR PICKUP (I created this process b/c I was inundated w/ calls.) When the milk arrives at the the storefront, I will go into your order, MARK IT READY FOR PICKUP & you will receive an email saying your ORDER IS READY FOR PICKUP.  👍🏼

4. On the noted delivery date or within 3 days, (unless otherwise communicated with me, a longer hold on the milk) you must come & pick up your order. If you do not pick it up within 3 days of the delivery date, nor communicate with me an extended date, the milk products will be made available for sale to the public & a refund will not be given (in the event it doesn't sell & the milk goes bad).

Raw Whole Milk | DeSmet's 1/2 Gallon Raw Whole Milk has not been pasteurized nor homogenized and is left in its most natural form. By not processing our milk, it provides you with many great health benefits, including active enzymes and beneficial bacteria essential to your daily diet.

Raw Chocolate Milk | Organic Cocoa & Organic Sugar | Who needs chocolate ice cream when you have this delicious chocolate milk!  It tastes like a melted-down fudgesicle.

Cream Top Yogurt | Large 32oz container of delicious and nutritious whole plain yogurt with a nice cream top. Our yogurt is certified Grade A and made from grass fed cows. Includes Lactobacillus Bulgaricus & Streptococcus Thermophilus active cultures. 

Milk is vat-pasteurized at a low and slow heat of 145 degrees to retain beneficial enzymes and bacteria essential to your daily diet.
