Refund Policy
All sales are final. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Farm & Ranch Candle Co. purchase.
EXCHANGES
If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may exchange it for another product of the same size and price, within 15 days of order delivery. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchange orders. If you wish to initiate an exchange for an item of a different size or value, a store credit will be issued in lieu of an exchange.
Re:do is the best solution we have found to help cover some of the costs of returns and exchanges for our customers. All of our Returns & Exchange policies are in place; however, when the customer adds Re:Do at checkout for $1, there is a 20-day window for the customer to initiate their return or exchange. Re:Do then creates a return label, free of charge to the customer. This saves our customers anywhere from $7 to $15 on average. If Re:Do is not selected at checkout, and the customer wishes to make an exchange per our policies, the customer is responsible for obtaining and paying for their return label.
Used candles and opened oils, cannot be returned or refunded, except in case of product defect. Product defect does not include scent strength of the product, or dislike of the scent. As much as we want you to love our scents, we do not guarantee that you will love all of them!
PRODUCT DEFECT
If your product appears to be defective, please include photos or video, along with a description of the issue that you are experiencing. Items that are determined to be defective will be replaced or a store credit will be issued.
MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase if your order arrives with missing or incorrect items. Please include photos of any incorrect items to help us resolve the issue for you quickly.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase if your order arrives with damages. Please include photos of the damaged items, as well as the box your order arrived in, to help us resolve the issue for you quickly.
If you purchased Route protection, and your package arrived damaged, please open a claim directly with Route:
LOST OR STOLEN ORDERS
Farm & Ranch Candle Co. (A product of Fortune Freshie, LLC) is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. This means any order that is marked delivered by the carrier, but not received. Due to the large volume of lost packages across all shipping carriers, we HIGHLY recommend adding Route protection to your order.
If you purchased Route protection, and your package is lost or stolen, please open a claim directly with Route:
REFUNDS
Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
If payment was made with a gift card, the refund will be issued as a credit in the form of a new Farm & Ranch Candle Co. gift card.
If a refund is being issued directly to a gift recipient rather than the purchaser, the refund will be issued as a credit in the form of a Farm & Ranch Candle Co. gift card.
We reserve the right to cancel any order flagged as suspected fraud. The refund will be issued at the time the order is cancelled and the buyer will be notified via email within 24 hours of cancellation.
Refunds being issued as a result of an undeliverable order or a “Return To Sender” will be issued for the amount of the original order, less any shipping charges and fees that were incurred. More information is detailed in our Shipping Policy.
