Candle | Candle Bar or Private Party Workshop | Pour Your Own

Call or Text (512) 496-9410 to book (Wednesday - Saturday) a Private Party Workshop.  It's by appointment, a minimum of 4 people and typically starts at 5pm closing (or 1pm on Saturdays); but, if you need a class during my normal biz hours, call to discuss, as I'll need to make arrangements.  Appointments need to be booked at least a day, in advance.

If you're seeking to make a gift for someone or simply treat yourself; Perhaps, a ladies night out, a birthday celebration, a bachelorette party, a sweet date night & more, we've got just the thing for you.

PRIVATE PARTY WORKSHOP $35 per person | Three hours are allotted & 2-2.5 hrs is the typical timeframe spent enjoying this fun DIY activity with all of your friends & family.  Minimum 4 people to ~ 30 people.

Our candle recipe includes USA farmer grown soy wax, a wooden wick & fragrance oils that are paraben-free, phthalate-free, & CMRs free creating a beautiful & clean burning candle.

$35 per person includes: making a 7oz candle with a wooden wick & scent of your choice.  And, you get to put together a glass bottle with 20 matches from The Matches Bar.

Please feel free to bring your own charcuterie food items (we have serving trays & a fondue pot), and BYOB.  We will have a table set up for any food/drink items you may bring in.

Children under the age of 8 years are not allowed at the candle party/workshops due to the temperature of wax & potent fragrance oils.  8-12 year olds need a designated adult to one-on-one supervise them & 8-17 year olds need a parent to sign a waiver on their behalf.

Due to lack of space in the building, everyone attending the party/workshop will be making a candle.  There just isn’t room for spectators, we apologize.

THE CANDLE BAR starts at $27 per person | This is a walk-in Candle Bar.  It takes about 10-15 mins to actually make the candle, the other time is spent deciding which fragrance that you’d like to make your candle with, and that process is never rushed.  There is no minimum - one person can step up to the candle bar.

Call-in appointments are essential, to ensure wax is hot & ready when you arrive.

We're open 10am - 5pm Wednesday - Friday & 10am - 1pm on Saturday.  $27 per person includes:  preparing & wicking a vessel, peruse & pick your favorite fragrance oil, while we fill your pitcher of wax - you will mix the fragrance oil & wax in your pitcher, and pour your candle.  You'll finish by making a label and then 1 hour later, you'll come pick up your candle & take it home to enjoy after it's cured for two-weeks.

You can also choose to make 2x 3oz wax melts as an alternative to a candle.

STORE LOCATION | 117 E 2nd Street, Roswell, NM 88201, free parking is readily available (north) behind our building, off Virginia & 2nd Street (AKA: Hwy 380).  After 5pm, the private parking behind Brick Town (east of our building) & Ancients of Days (south of our building) is available, also.

Children ages 8-17, an accompanying adult is required as we are handling 190-200° Wax & Potent Fragrance Oils, often spilled & then wiped on littles' faces.

Those of you visiting Roswell, the candle bar or class will require 1-1.5 hours after the candle is poured to solidify.  Make appropriate plans to return to pick up your candle.  My suggestion, come & make a candle, then go eat.
