Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 15 days business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  If I am away from the candle studio,  I will notify with a banner across the top of my page to what date I expect to return.  This is a one-woman-show and I do everything within my power to meet a less than 15 day turn around time, and do my best to exceed that expectation.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local delivery

There is no local delivery at this time.

International Shipping

I do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at info@farmandranchcandleo.com with your name, phone number and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Farm & Ranch Candle Co. ships USPS by default, and UPS is secondary. If UPS is cheaper & the address is listed as a PO Box, I will reach out via phone or text for a physical address.
