Wholesale Candle Orders

• Minimum Order Quantity | A box of 12, and this is important but often missed: 3x (three times) each scent, i.e. your box of 12 can have 4 scents, 3 of each scent is a minimum - it takes too long to fill an order of one each, so the minimum is that 3 candles must be the same scent.

Retailers must purchase a minimum of 12 Candles and a minimum of 3x each scent, for a total of 4 scents.

Minimum Example: 3x Cowgirl, 3x Cowpuncher, 3x Rancher, 3x Gate Getter = 12 Candles Minimum.  Understand, it's super time-consuming to pour 1x scented candle, hence wholesale prices are for a fast moving production.

CUSTOM LABEL REQUESTS | Labels can be edited slightly by me (placing your logo in place of mine), or your graphic team can create a 1:1 rationed label with a minimum of 20 Candles/Same Scent.

TURNAROUND TIME | 2-3 weeks, as of posting 9/19

Orders are MADE TO ORDER, but I try to keep the lead time updated above.  I am very good at keeping communication open - my cell is always available, (512) 496-9410.

WAX & FRAGRANCES

We use USA Grown Soy, Beeswax (locally sourced when available), Coconut Oil  & Apricot waxes for a wax blend.

We also pour some candles in Soy, alone.

Fragrances are clean, safe, and phthalate-free, paraben-free.

We use cotton & wooden wicks.  We test for low/no soot.

We're also working on Essential Oil candles & Tallow Wax candles.
