WHOLESALE REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum Order Quantity | A box of 12, and this is important but often missed: 3x (three times) each scent, i.e. your box of 12 can have 4 scents, 3 of each scent is a minimum.

  • Forward your TAX ID resale certificate to info@farmandranchcandles.com or text it to: (512) 496-9410.
  • Set up an account (on a computer, click the face icon, on a phone, click the 3 bars and click LOGIN) at www.farmandranchcandles.com, then I'll mark it Tax Exempt. NOTE:  DO not create an account at the bottom of my website, that is for my consignment vendors at my storefront.
  • I'll respond to the your email or text with confirmation that it's received & advise that you’re clear to shop.
  • Thank you for your trust in me to provide you with beautiful, luxurious, no/low soot, natural waxes (no paraffin), paraben/phthalate-free essential oil infused fragrance oil candles, aka: Prime Grade Clean Candles to offer your customers. 🙌🏼
  • This is the SCENT SHEET for a quick reference to which candle name is what scent.

Retailers must purchase a minimum of 12 Candles and a minimum of 3x each scent.

Minimum Example: 3x Cowgirl, 3x Cowpuncher, 3x Rancher, 3x Gate Getter = 12 Candles Minimum.

CUSTOM LABEL REQUESTS | Labels can be edited slightly by me (placing your logo in place of mine), or your graphic team can create a 1:1 rationed label with a minimum of 20 Candles/Same Scent.

Note: I’m still small enough to offer some customs & have a relationship w/ retailers, helping make a special product for their retail space.

TURNAROUND TIME | 2 weeks | Order are MADE TO ORDER

Orders are MADE TO ORDER, but I try to keep the lead time updated above.  I am very good at keeping communication open - my cell is always available, (512) 496-9410.

WAX & FRAGRANCES

We use USA Grown Soy, Beeswax (locally sourced when available), Coconut Oil  & Apricot waxes for a wax blend.

Fragrances are clean, safe, and phthalate-free, paraben-free.

We use cotton & wooden wicks.  We test for low/no soot.

We're also working on Essential Oil candles & Beef Tallow Wax candles.

We have a lot in the works!
